This ball is wonderful! It was harder than I expected it to be so I recommend using it on a yoga mat so it won't slide. I use it to roll out my calves and legs and it gets me ready for class! 10/10 Definitely recommend!

This ball has become a staple in my dance bag to use before and after class! I love to use it to roll out my feet and other sore muscles. It comes in a cute bag so is very easy to transport as well!

BEST MASSAGE BALL ON THE MARKET!
In my opinion this is the perfect mashup between a lacrosse and massage ball. With typical lacrosse balls, the smoothness does not allow for the ball to full get into the joints and muscles in the same way that normal massage balls are often too squishy and "don't hit the spot". This hard, yet delicate ball gets in there and does the job no other ball has ever done. My muscles have never felt better!
