RUNS A LITTLE BIT SMALL
I wear a size womens 9 in street shoes, and 8.5 in pointe shoes. They were actually a bit small. I know all the reviews said big, but i guess it really does just depend on your foot size. They fit great everywear, but if i have a hole in the bottom of my transition tights, or they're strechtched out where the whole is, it slides of my pinky, Overall, they are comfortable and I like them when I make sure they stay.

I have extremely wide feet and it covers just up to my bunion. They’re comfortable , not too thick, easy to wash, and not too long !

A BIT LARGE
These work well and are easy to clean by just tossing them in the wash. I’ve used gel toe pads before and they work really well. These are a bit large however, I’m a size 7 in street shoe and my foot is maybe a bit narrow but these kind of fold a bit in the pointe shoe and sort of show on the outside, if you get fitted with these for your pointe shoes I’m sure it would be fine. They’re just bigger then my other ones were so they’re hard to fit in my shoe which I was expecting. I’m sure they’ll be fine. I recommend to people with a regular sized foot or maybe wide foot. Narrow footed friends might want to try a different kind of gel toe pad.

GOOD. DURABLE GEL PAD, GOOD SIZE AND COVERAGE ALSO FOR LONG TOES
These Sansha Gel Pads seem well made and of good, sturdy quality, with flat soft seams and longer wings, so that the big toe joint is sufficiently covered (I have long toes, shoe size 8.5). The gel could be little softer for my personal taste (as I prefer rather squishy, jelly-like gel like e.g. in Bloch Pointe Cushions, Gellows, Skinny Dips or RP Toe Pads), but that's a matter of individual taste. I'd say the gel in these Sansha pads it is very similar in thickness, softness and feel to the gel used in Ouch Pouch Jr. Pads. The fabric is very soft an smooth, the color is more like tan.
